The below updated and new procedures will become effective in April, 2021.

Updated Procedures:

The below updated procedures include the modified document events for restricting documents and proofs of claim which included unredacted personal information.  These documents events will automatically restrict the originally filed documents and proofs of claim from the public view and the filer will attach the exact copy of the original document or proof of claim with the redacted personal information to these document events.  Instead of a two-step process, the filer will only have to refile the exact copy of the originally filed document with the redacted personal information under these updated document events.
