When filing in the CM/ECF system PDF files that are to big in size may not be filed correctly. It is recommended that your file size not exceed thirty-five (35) megabytes.

The below will instruct you how to Reduce the PDF file size.

1. Open original PDF file that will be reduced in size. Note the number of pages that are in the original file.
   1. Select Document from the Adobe Acrobat menu.
   2. Select Pages. 
   3. Select Extract. 
   4. Type page number that will be extracted from the existing file. Note the number of pages for the extracted pages.
2. Save the extracted pages.
   1. Select File from the Adobe Acrobat menu.
   2. Select Save As.
   3. Select the appropriate directory in the Save In field. 
   4. Name the file in the File Name field and click Save.
