Using this document event will send a court notice
(BNC) to appropriate parties. The PDF file should include
all supporting documents for noticing. If additional
PDF files are attached in "Attachment to Documents"
during data entry, those documents will not be included with the
BNC notice.
- Select
Bankruptcy menu.
- Select
Trustee/US Trustee.
- Ensure
correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
- Select
party filer.
- Select
Document Event: Intended Action &
Opportunity for Hearing (Notice) (CSD 2062) (BNC).
Click
on the applicable link regarding the Opposition due date for
your Notice.
Modify
text to add pertinent information, such as Amended,
if applicable.
- Verify
final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
Note:
The order for the Compromise
or settle controversy intended action must be uploaded
into the related Adversary
Case. For the Related
document number, entered 1
"Complaint docket entry."

If an Order Shortening Time
has been entered on the case docket, on the appropriate
screen enter the opposition due date listed in the Order
Shortening Time.
