  1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
  2. Select Notices & Hearings.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select Document Event:  Intended Action & Opportunity for Hearing (Notice) (CSD 1180)[21 day opp].
  6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  7. Click on the applicable link regarding the Opposition due date for your Notice.
    • Order Shortening Time has been entered on the case docket.
    • Order Shortening Time has not been entered on the case docket
  8. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  9. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  10. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.

    Note: The order for the Compromise or settle controversy intended action must be uploaded into the related Adversary Case.  For the Related document number, entered 1 "Complaint docket entry."

This document event is to be used by attorneys only. Trustees, see Notice of Intended Action and Opportunity for Hearing (CSD 2062) under the Trustee/US Trustee category.

If an Order Shortening Time has been entered on the case docket, on the appropriate screen enter the opposition due date listed in the Order Shortening Time.
