Using this document event will send a court notice (BNC) to appropriate parties.  The PDF file should include all supporting documents for noticing.   If additional PDF files are attached in "Attachment to Documents" during data entry, those documents will not be included with the BNC notice.
 
IMPORTANT:
  • For cases filed before June 1, 2016, use the Ch 13 Plan to file the amended or modified plan.  
  • For cases filed on or after December 1, 2017, use the new Mandatory Chapter 13 Plan CSD 1300, in Word format, which replaces the CSD 1300.1 Chapter 13 Plan.  If amending or modify the CSD 1300.1 Chapter 13 Plan, use the new CSD 1300 Chapter 13 Plan. Follow the CSD 1300a (Instructions) to properly complete the CSD 1300 Chapter 13 Plan. Once completed, convert the completed CSD 1300 form to a pdf document for electronic filing.

  1. Select Bankruptcy  menu.
  2. Select Plan.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select Document Event: Plan (Chapter 13) (BNC) (rec. form & CSD 1300).
  6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
  7. Bypass box at Refer to existing event(s).
  8. Select appropriate description of Plan.
    • Initial
    • Amended
    • Modified after confirmation.
  9. Modify text to add pertinent information, if applicable.
  10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  11. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
 

Quick Note

If this Chapter 13 Plan is part of the Balance of Schedules, file the Balance of Schedules (CSD 1099) and Chapter 13 Plan as separate documents.

Due to the Privacy Rule (General Order 168-A), do not attach supporting documents such as the Valuation Attachment to Plan. Refer to procedure Route Documents to Trustee's Office

If amending plan, check box to refer to existing Chapter 13 Plan.
