Notices & Hearings.
- Ensure
correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
- Select
party filer.
- Select
Document Event: Hearing Continued
(Notice).
- Browse,
verify and attach the document (PDF file).
- Select hearing date, time
and location.
- Select the appropriate docket entry
associated with the above hearing.
- Modify text to add pertinent
information, such as Amended,
if applicable.
- Verify
final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
