this Attorney Change of Information Form in one of the attorney's
cases. The Court will update the attorney's information
in the ECF database for all the attorney's associated cases.
- Select Bankruptcy
or Adversary
menu.
- Select Notices &
Hearings.
- Ensure correct case name
and number match the document you are filing.
- Select party the attorney
represents.
- Select Document Event:
Change of Attorney Information Form (CSD
1546).
- Browse,
verify and attach the CSD 1546 (PDF file).
- Modify
text to add pertinent information, such as Amended,
if applicable.
- Verify final docket text
before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
- Continue with updating your
information through PACER.gov:
