File this Attorney Change of Information Form in one of the attorney's cases.  The Court will update the attorney's information in the ECF database for all the attorney's associated cases.  

 

  1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.
  2. Select Notices & Hearings.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party the attorney represents.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select Document Event:  Change of Attorney Information Form (CSD 1546).
  6. Browse, verify and attach the CSD 1546 (PDF file).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  7. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  8. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  9. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
  10. Continue with updating your information through PACER.gov:
