  1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.
  2. Select Notices & Hearings.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select Document Event:  Judicial Notice (Request).
  6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  7. Bypass box at Refer to existing event(s).
  8. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  9. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  10. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.

Quick Note

If this Request for Judicial Notice requires documents filed in an existing case to be attached as exhibits, these documents can be accessed and downloaded to a zip file via the View multiple documents option in the  Docket Report procedure.

Prior to filing this Request for Judicial Notice unzip the pdf documents making them accessible to be attached as exhibits.
