At times you may need to check your Cache settings in your Browser. The below will instruct you how to check your Cache settings. Click on the appropriate hyperlink for more instructions.

For Internet Explorer
1. Click on "Tools" on the right side of the tool bar.
2. Click on "Internet Options."
3. Click on "Delete" under Browsing history.
4. Check Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History. Click Delete.
5. Click Ok.
For Firefox
1. Click on "Tools" on the tool bar
2. Click on "Clear Recent History"

Quick Note

Cache is a small fast memory holding recently accessed data, designed to speed up subsequent access to the same data.
