Move PDF Pages in Existing PDF File

You may have an existing document that needs for pages to be moved in proper sequence. You can move PDF pages in an existing PDF file.  

The below will instruct you how to Move PDF Pages in an Existing PDF File.

  1. Open existing PDF file.
  2. Click on the Thumbnails tab (on the left margin of the screen.) This should show all the pages in the PDF file.
  3. Click and hold the page to be move and
  4. Drag the page to place in the new location. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all pages are placed in the order you want the document to read.
  5. Save the PDF file.
    1. Click on "File" from Adobe Acrobat's menu.
    2. Click on "Save" from the drop down menu.
