Unlock ECF for Non Payment of Filing Fees

If your filing fees have not been paid within 24 hours of the filing, you will be locked out of the ECF System wherein you will not be able to file documents electronically.

To UNLOCK ECF (for non payment of filing fees), follow the Credit Card Payment procedure.

Note: To view your record of payments made access the Attorney Fee Report.
