This report accesses the claims register for a case.

1. Log into CM/ECF with your PACER username and password.

2. Click Reports.

3. Click Claims Register.

4. Enter Case number.

   • Enter pertinent information in remaining boxes to narrow search.

   • Check View multiple documents to view multiple documents in one PDF.

   • Check View claims summary report, which condenses all claims in the case to a simplified list.

5. Click Run Report.
