  1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
  2. Select Miscellaneous Documents.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select Document Event: Certificate of Service.
  6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF files).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  7. Check box at Refer to existing event(s).
  8. Select appropriate category to search for the related document.
  9. Select appropriate document (docket text).
  10. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  11. Verify final docket text before submitting on case docket.
  12. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.

Quick Note

To include lists of parties who are receiving notices electronically and by mail, click on Locating Parties Per Case Who Receive Service Electronically and by Mail procedure to locate these lists.
