Once
a Request for Production of Transcript on Appeal (CSD 1253) has
been filed with the court, an email/NEF will be sent to the San
Diego Bankruptcy Reporters notifying the Court Reporter of the
request. The Court Reporter will file the acknowledgment
of receipt for request for production of transcript (paperless
entry) thereafter, following the below procedure.

Bankruptcy or Adversary
menu.
- Select
Transcripts.
- Ensure
correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
- Select
Document Event: Acknowledgment of Receipt re: Request for
Production of Transcript (paperless entry).
- Select
the appropriate "Request for Production of Transcript
on Appeal" docket entry.
- Enter
BK Appeal Number:
- Enter
BAP or USDC Appeal Case Number:
- Enter
date of request for production of transcript on appeal
(CSD 1253)
- Submit
- Verify
Request for Transcript
on Appeal Due Date (30
day deadline)
- Submit.
- Verify
final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
