Judge/Trustee Assignment

Request for Issuance of Involuntary Summons

Upon selecting the Judge/Trustee Assignment hyperlink, the ECF system will automatically run a report to select the judge for the involuntary case.  If an error occurs with the assignment report, contact the Systems Help Desk at 619-557-7415, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
  2. Select Judge/Trustee Assignment.
  3. Note the judge assignment for future reference. 
  4. Continue with Request for Issuance of Involuntary Summons.
