Contents will appear
along the left side whenever the manual is opened.
Contents includes
major topics which are indicated by a closed book icon
. Each major topic is a hyperlink
to either subtopics, also indicated by
,or procedures, indicated by a question mark .
The major topics
include:
Court
Reporters contains procedures for
documents that court reporters may file; ie: Transcripts.
Full
Access Filers contains three subtopics:
File Your
Documents,Open
Cases, and
Send E-Docs. This topic includes
procedures for attorneys and their staff who are certified
to file all documents, new adversary and bankruptcy
cases electronically.
Limited
Access Filers contains procedures for creditor
representatives who are certified to file claims,
reaffirmation agreements, and claim related documents.
Over-the-Counter
Only specifies documents which must be
filed in paper, not electronically.
Reports
and Utilities contains instructions on
how to access and use the reports and utilities functions
in the CM/ECF System.
Each procedure title
is a hyperlink. Clicking on the hyperlink will open the
procedure in the right panel of the manual.
To close the Contents
area, click on the "x" above the Contents list.
To open the Contents
area, click on the Contents button.
Clicking on
the Search
button opens a blank area in which you can type a
work or group of words to find within the manual.
To further
narrow your search, type a procedure name, keyword
or form number.
After
entering data in the Search area, click on the "GO"
button to display a list of procedures related to
what you typed. Each procedure title is a hyperlink.
Clicking on the hyperlink will open that procedure
in the right panel of the manual.
To
close the Search area, click on the "x"
above the "GO" button.
