Finding Preferred Creditor's Address

Creditors may file a preferred address for notices sent either via BNC or local court notices. Although the BNC maintains the database, the court must use the preferred address when noticing.

  1. Log into CM/ECF using your PACER username and password.
  2. Click Utilities.
  3. Click Mailings.
  4. Click on List of Creditors. 
  5. Enter case number. 
    • Accept defaults.
  6. Locate creditor on list and use the address shown.
