- Browse,
verify and attach the Petition (PDF file).
- For
a Foreign Main Proceeding, attach the 401 .
- For
a Foreign Nonmain Proceeding, attach the 401 and the Summons
(CSD2500F)
- Verify
filing fee.
- Verify
final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
- Make note
of the assigned

procedure with
assigning Judge to the bankruptcy case.
