Chapter 13 Trustee's Final Report and Account

Using the Final Report and Account by Chapter 13 Trustee (BNC) document event will send a court notice (BNC) to appropriate parties.  The PDF file should include all supporting documents for noticing.   If additional PDF files are attached in "Attachment to Documents" during data entry, those documents will not be included with the BNC notice.  Filing the Final Report and Account in a CONVERTED case will automatically enter the Order approving the account and discharging the Chapter 13 Trustee.

 

  1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
  2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select Document Event: Final Report and Account by Chapter 13 Trustee (BNC).
  6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
  7. Bypass box at Refer to existing event(s).
  8. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  9. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  10. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
    • Verify that the order approving the account and discharging the Chapter 13 Trustee is on this Notice.

Quick Note

If amending the Final Report and Account, check the "Refer to existing event(s)?" check box when filing the document to refer to the filed Chapter 13 Plan.
