The Motion to Seal Documents and Order must be granted prior to filing the sealed documents.  Upon the entry of an approved Order to Seal Documents, electronically file each sealed document as a separate document per the below instructions.
 

  1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.
  2. Select Sealed Documents.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Submit.
  6. Select Document Event: Document under Seal Per Court Order.
  7. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  8. Check box at Refer to existing event(s) .
  9. Select the appropriate Order to Seal Documents.
  10. Check box after reading Important Notice of Sealed Document.
  11. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  12. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.

This is a secured image docket entry, wherein the public will not have access to view the document.

 

To unseal a sealed document, click on Motion to Unseal Documents.
