- Select Bankruptcy menu.
- Select Notices & Hearings or Trustee/US Trustee
- Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
- Select party filer.
- Select Document Event: Removed from Email Notification (Request)(paperless entry).
- Enter Requestors Name and State Bar Number.
- Select the attorney or attorneys no longer associated with the case.
- Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
- Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
- Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
