This document event is to request access to view a tax return, which is a secured image (public does not have access to view the document).

File this Motion prior to the Notice of Motion.  The Notice must be filed under its own document event and referred (linked) to this Motion.

  1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
  2. Select Motions/Applications.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select Document Event: Access to Tax Documents (Motion).
  6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF files).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  7. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  8. Verify final docket text before submitting on case docket.
  9. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
  10. Continue with filing the Notice of Motion (CSD 1182).
