If a Notice of Motion or Request for Hearing accompanies this Motion, file this Motion prior to the Notice.  The Notice (or Request for Hearing) must be filed under its own document event and referred (linked) to this Motion.
  1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
  2. Select Motions/Applications.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select Document Event: Compensation (Application).
  6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  7. Bypass box at Refer to existing event(s).
  8. Place check mark(s) for the applicant(s) for compensation on the motion or application.
    • Select the Role type of the applicant (i.e., Accountant, Debtor's Attorney, etc.)
    • Uncheck any Filer box that does not apply to the applicant's compensation.
    • Enter the time period in which fees and/or expenses occurred.
    • Enter the compensation fee amount(s)  
  9. Select Type of Compensation:
    • for compensation
    • for compensation and reimbursement 
    • for interim professional compensation 
    • for final professional compensation  
  10. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  11. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  12. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
  13. Continue with filing the Notice or Request for Hearing, if applicable.
