- Select
party filer.
- Select
Document Event: Ombudsman Report.
- Browse,
verify and attach the document (PDF file).
- Check
box at Refer
to existing event(s), if appropriate.
- Enter Reporting
Period beginning date
(mm/dd/yy) through ending date
(mm/dd/yy)
- Submit.
- Verify
final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
