shall be filed electronically providing the debtor(s)' original signature(s) in a scanned format.
( "/s/ typed name of debtor" will not be accepted.)

to allow the attorney signature in "/s/ attorney name"
format .
- Select Bankruptcy
menu.
- Select Miscellaneous
Documents menu.
- Ensure correct
case name and number match the document you are filing.
- Select party filer.
- Select Document Event:
Declaration
Re: Electronic Filing (CSD 1801).
- Browse,
verify and attach the CSD 1801 (PDF file).
- Check box at Refer
to existing event(s).
- Accept Voluntary Petition
docket text.
- Modify text to add pertinent
information, such as Amended,
if applicable.
- Verify final docket text
before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.

Note
The
CSD 1801 form with original signatures may be filed with
the Court electronically or in paper via U.S. Mail or
at the Bankruptcy Court's Intake window at 325 W. F. Street,
San Diego, CA 92101.
If
this form is not filed within the 14 day period from the
date the bankruptcy case was filed, the case will be set
for dismissal.
