"Is the creditor a Credit Union?".
- Select Yes
or No
for: "Is the Debtor Represented by Counsel as to
THIS Agreement?" (Only answer Yes if debtor's attorney
signed Part C - Certificate by Debtor's Attorney.)
- If
Yes is
selected the following question appears:
- "Does
a presumption
of undue hardship arises in this Reaffirmation (Part
C - Certificate by Debtors Attorney)?"
- Select
Yes,
No
- If
No is
selected, the Modify text screen appears.
- Modify text to add pertinent
information, such as Amended,
if applicable.
- Verify final docket text
before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
