  1. Select Adversary menu.
  2. Select Complaint & Summons.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
    • Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
  5. Select party that this filing is against.
  6. Select Document Event: Third-Party Complaint.
  7. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  8. Check box at Refer to existing event(s).
  9. Select "cmp" category to search for the related document.
  10. Select Complaint by document (docket text).
  11. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  12. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  13. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
