Batch Filing
allows you to enter more than one
case number and attach the appropriate PDF document for each case.
When modifying text via Batch Filing, it will modify
ALL case docket entries. If modified docket text is for
one entry, file that document as a separate docket entry.
- Select
Bankruptcy menu.
- Select
Batch Filings.
- Ensure
correct case name(s) and number(s) match the document you
are filing.
- Select
Document Event: Dismiss Bankruptcy
Case; w/Right to request hrg (Motion) (Ch 13)(28 day opp).
- Browse,
verify and attach the document (PDF file).
- Enter service date
- Verify Request
for Hearing and Opposition due date (28 days from service
date unless an objector is entitled to additional time under
FRBP 9006).
- Modify
text to add pertinent information, if applicable.
- Verify
final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
