Transcripts which are e-filed into CM/ECF are set-up automatically to be restricted from public view in the system for ninety (90) days in accordance with the transcript policy. The transcript may be viewed at the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office or a copy of the transcript can be purchased by contacting Court Reporter Nancy Wingis at (858) 775-0283.

 

This document event allows you to file the original, unredacted transcript.
 

  1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.
  2. Select Transcripts.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select Document Event: Transcript (BNC).
  5. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
  6. Check box at Refer to existing event(s).
  7. Select appropriate Minute Order docket entry.
  8. Enter Hearing Date (ie: mm/dd/yy).
  9. Verify End of the transcript access restriction period (3 months from date of filing transcript)
  10. Submit.
  11. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  12. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It's your receipt.
