| The court suggests that you adjust windows to the recommended size: ECF Manual window: 1/3 of screen monitor and ECF database window: 2/3 of screen monitor.
To resize, adjust, and move the windows to work simultaneously follow the instructions below.

To resize the window

Click on the "restore" button at the top-right hand corner, middle button. This will reduce the size of the window.

To adjust the window
|
Height: With double arrows showing, click on the top or bottom of the window frame and move up or down.
Width: With double arrows showing, click on the window's left or right side of frame and move left or right.
Diagonally: With the double arrow showing, click on any corner and move in diagonally. |

To move and place the two windows side-by-side
|
Click and hold one of the top window's blue bar with a single arrow showing and move to the left or right.
Repeat the same for the second window
