The Send Docs to UST is used to route Reports in PDF format directly to the United States Trustee's office.
- Select Bankruptcy.
- Select Send Doc to UST.
- Enter case number.
- Select report type: Final Report (TFR), Amended Final Report (TFR), Final Account (TDR), Amended Final Account (TDR), Chapter 12 Final Account.
- Enter "unclaimed fund" check amount.
- Note: Only select "Amended" reports if previous report was approved and entered onto the case docket.
- Browse, verify and attach the report (PDF file.)
- Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
