The Send Docs to UST is used to route Reports in PDF format directly to the United States Trustee's office. 

  1. Select Bankruptcy.
  2. Select Send Doc to UST.
  3. Enter case number.
  4. Select report type: Final Report (TFR), Amended Final Report (TFR), Final Account (TDR), Amended Final Account (TDR), Chapter 12 Final Account.
    • Enter "unclaimed fund" check amount.
    • Note: Only select "Amended" reports if previous report was approved and entered onto the case docket. 
  5. Browse, verify and attach the report (PDF file.)
    • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

Quick Note

For Interim Trustee Use Only

Once the report has been submitted the UST's Reviewer will receive notification via email.
