Using this document event will send a court notice
(BNC) to appropriate parties. The PDF file should include
all supporting documents for noticing. If additional
PDF files are attached in "Attachment to Documents"
during data entry, those documents will not be included with the
BNC notice.
- Select
Bankruptcy menu.
- Select
Trustee/US Trustee.
- Ensure
correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
- Select
party filer.
- Select
Document Event: Interim Final Report
by Chapter 13/12 Trustee (Notice)(CSD 2125) (BNC) [28 day
opp].
- Browse,
verify and attach the document (PDF file).
- Verify
Objection to Discharge due date (Defaults to 36 days from
filed date).
- Modify text to add pertinent
information, such as Amended,
if applicable.
- Verify
final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
