- Ensure correct case name
and number match the document you are filing.
- Select party filer.
- Select Document Event:
Power
of Attorney (CSD 411A & 411B).
- Browse,
verify and attach the document (PDF file).
- Check box at Refer
to existing event(s), if appropriate.
- Modify
text
- In
the first text entry box, enter the type of Power of Attorney,
General
or Special.
- Add
pertinent information, such as Amended,
if applicable.
- Verify final docket text
before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
