- Select Appeal menu.
- Ensure correct case name and number match the
document you are filing.
- Select party filer.
- Select Document Event:
Appeal and Statement of Election (Notice)(417A)(fee).
- Browse,
verify and attach the document (PDF file).
- Check box at Refer
to existing event(s).
- NOTE: In
some instances, the order being appealed has not been
entered on the docket at the time the Notice of Appeal
is being filed. If this is the case, click here.
- Select
order category to search for the related document.
- Designation
of Record and Statement of Issues Due Dates appear.
- Select appropriate
order being appealed.
- Select
type of Appeal:
- Modify text to add pertinent
information, such as Amended,
if applicable.
- Verify final docket text
before submitting onto case docket.
- Print
the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
